View the Artwork before purchase

If you wish to view the artworks before you purchase it, please contact us at info@cistaarts.com.

Framing

We can arrange framing for you, that means your artwork will arrive ready to hang and can go straight on the wall. Please contact us to discuss about the type of frame you want.

Installation

An installation service can be book upon request. After purchase, our customer service team will be in contact with you via email (usually the same day as purchase) and this service can be requested then.

Shipping And Packaging

For details on how the artwork you have purchesed is shipped, please visit the individual artwork page. Depending on the type, size and the framing conditions of the artwork the packaging materials would be varied, from bubble wrap to PVC pipe or heavy duty mailing tube, or even wooden boxes. Proper packing selected for each artwork specifically is the best protection against mechanical damages, humidity, and sunlight that can be extremely harmful. Experts in artwork packing can select the most suitable material to pack a piece of art safely.

  • Packaging - tube

The item will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube.This method is especially safe for oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs.

  • Packaging - cardboard box

The item will be shipped flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box, containing packaging materials that meets our strict guidelines. 

 

  • Packaging - crate

The item will be shipped in a wooden crate. Large artworks are shipped in a very sturdy crate, built for shipping artwork. The crate will contain packaging materials that meets our strict guidelines to keep it firmly in place during its journey.

Shipping Cost

We manage the shipping process to be done by the best shipping providers to make sure of the safety and the quality of the shipment. We will offer a very reasonable price for shipping,  please note that duties/ or taxes cost is buyer responsibility.

Arriving Time & Tracking my order

Arriving your package is depending on your location and may be varied time to time.​ We will send you tracking information after the your order dispatched.

Return Policies

You have the right to cancel a purchase without giving reasons within five days from the date you received the goods. When you first receive your purchase, save the original packaging. Repackage the art in its original box and contact us at info@cistaarts.com. We will provide you with the return shipping address so that you can ship the artwork with the carrier of your choice. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any customs and brokerage fees charged upon return. Others fees will apply in the case of cancellation.

Receive a Damaged Artwork

When packaging artworks, we make sure the packages are suitable and safe for shipping each piece of art. Thus, receiving damaged artwork is a rare occurrence. If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact us within 24 hours at info@cistaarts.com. Please save the box and all packaging material; we must have these items in order to process the claim.
